We discuss our experience as a family doing the program #75Hard, Seventy-five days worth of exercise twice daily (one must be outside), reading ten pages of a self help or business success book, follow some kind of diet, drink 1 gallon of water per day, no alcohol, take one selfie picture each day. We talk about our hardest points in the process, and what we gained from it.
